I had a great experience with Accu Clean. My unit was flooded, and I had no idea what to do (I had never made an insurance claim on my condo before this). Accu Clean made the process so easy. They came out the same day and then worked around my crazy schedule to get the job done. When I needed to get paperwork signed, they offered to meet me at my hotel at 9pm at night (the only time I was free) to get it done. I’d highly recommend them. The staff was fast, friendly, and professional. Richard in particular is AMAZING! And their receptionist/dispatcher was very friendly and helpful (but I can’t recall her name). There was a crew of two others plus Rich who worked on my unit, and I wish I could remember all their names because they were all so helpful and friendly.

Accu Clean has earned my praise by acting quickly and efficiently to meet my needs. Rich at Accu Clean came right over and cleaned up the 3 bedrooms and bath in 2 days. Great job!

Accu Clean was recommended by another company to help with the insurance claim that had to be filed to take care of the water damage to our kitchen. Having had to call him after 5 prior water leaks, all from work done by another company. I was frustrated and hoping for a better experience. Richard did not disappoint. He was professional, friendly and compassionate... They assessed the situation, explained what would happen every step of the process. They removed the cabinets and all else effected. They just removed the fans and equipment needed to dry out the kitchen. Next step getting the rebuild process going. After the last experience, it was a refreshing change to have Richard going over everything and answering our questions. While I hope I don't need to have this type of work done, I would call him and Accu Clean again.

Working with Accu Clean was a great experience. From coming out the afternoon I called to the work done was top notch! Richard and Stalin did a great job. They were conscientious about their surroundings and very thorough. I couldn’t be happier. I would and have given your company name to several people. Richard was particularly helping always calling with schedule of checks, explaining questions I had and just making me more comfortable with the whole process! A plus !!!!!! Thank you!

Stalin and his crew came in the day we called about a leak under the kitchen sink and handled the mold and demo on time and very professionally and worked directly with our insurance to make sure the necessary documents were submitted. I felt that they were trustworthy and dependable.

Rich was simply amazing. I was not prepared for the water damage that was caused by a broken pipe in my bathroom. Rich, with Accu Clean provided me with great communication about the process needed to best suit my problem. He was very thorough and the work he provided was very impressive. Not only was I impressed, but so was my insurance company. I could really tell he cared about providing great work and truly representing his company with greatness. Stalin was top-notch and professional and engaging, quick and efficient. He was timely and make sure to check that not only was the equipment set up correctly but it was doing its job. He took the time and patience to explain what was going on and to answer every question that came his way. I highly recommend this company and especially Stalin!

Great company! Richard and Stalin were amazing. They answered our call over the weekend and got the work done faster than we could have hoped. They cleaned everything and removed all the popcorn ceiling. 10 out of 10.

As a new home owner and having to deal with water damage, I had many questions. Rich was my tech and throughout the whole drying process I felt taken care of and had all of my questions answered. I could call/text anytime and Rich responded promptly. Would highly recommend this company. They will take care of you.
